We started this business to transition NZ from traditional solvent-based, chemical cleaners and sealers into a greener and ecologically responsible direction. Offering top quality, world-class products & application, across concrete sealers, anti-slip, graffiti resistance, and carbon reduction coatings.

Our range of environmentally certified products mean you never have to compromise on performance or protection of your asset. At Apsol we believe it is our responsibility to lead the way in the coatings sector to provide concrete and construction companies with a greener alternative that respects our environment. We are committed to establishing measurable objectives and targets, and continuously improving our environmental performance.

PRODUCTS WITH PURPOSE.

LEED CERTIFICATION

Many of our products have environmental certifications, including LEED. Products available with these environmental certifications are suitable for NZGBC green tick projects. Our range of environmentally-certified products is continually growing.

ENVIRONMENTAL PRODUCT DECLARATIONS

An Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) is an independently verified and registered document that communicates transparent and comparable data and other relevant environmental information about the life-cycle environmental impact of a product.

A life cycle assessment, or LCA, analyses the environmental impact of a construction product across five stages: product, construction process, use, end of life, and the circular economy

Many of our products have already hold this documentation.

RE-USE RECYCLE

With all our product containers we offer a return/collection policy for all clients. We will take back the containers that the product is supplied in, and where appropriate we will find use for these again for supplying product. Once the containers have come to the end of use or if the product does not allow for the re-use we will ensure that these are recycled into other useful products, like pallets or park benches

CARBON REDUCTION.

Our aim is to be carbon neutral by 2023 and carbon negative by 2025. We will do this by updating our vehicles our to electric alternatives, changing our onsite generators from gas to electric. As well as partnering with suppliers like DHL who we can offset our freight with GO-GREEN initiatives that use sustainable Bio-fuel alternatives and have quality programmes in place to save energy and prevent pollution.
